Who is responsible for your data

Designing Bulls, 478, Hanuman Colony, Kharol Colony, Fatehpura, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India, is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect and why

• Enquiry and project forms — name, email, phone, company, website, budget and brief. Used only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
• Incubator applications — name, email, WhatsApp number, city, what you currently do, and your answers about your idea. Used to assess your application, write your response, and contact you about it.
• Payment records — the Razorpay order ID, payment ID, amount and timestamp. Used for receipts, reconciliation and statutory accounting.
• Basic technical data — anonymised page analytics and server logs, used to keep the site working and improve it.

We collect data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and for the legitimate purpose of delivering what you asked for. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Payment data

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card numbers, UPI IDs, net-banking credentials and CVVs are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen, transmitted or stored by Designing Bulls. We hold only the transaction references listed above.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data, and we never share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers who make this site work: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and Razorpay for payments. Each processes data on our instructions. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months from your last contact with us.
• Incubator applications: up to 36 months, so we can recognise re-applications and their history.
• Payment and invoice records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law.

After these periods the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

• confirm what data of yours we hold and how we use it;
• correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
• erase your data where we no longer need it for a legal purpose;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Email vinay@designingbulls.com with the subject "Data request". We respond within 30 days. Note that withdrawing consent after an Incubator application is submitted does not entitle you to a refund, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure. Application records are readable only by authorised Designing Bulls team members who are signed in to our admin system.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep the site working — for example, remembering your part-completed application so you don't lose your answers. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
