Refund & Cancellation Policy

The ₹999 Incubator application fee
The ₹999 application fee for the Designing Bulls Incubator is non-refundable once the application is submitted.
The reason is simple: the fee pays for work we then do. Every applicant's idea is read by our team and every applicant receives a written response — what is strong, what is weak, and the first thing we would fix — normally within 10 working days. That response is produced whether or not you are selected, so the service you paid for is delivered in every case.
Not being selected is not grounds for a refund. Selection is at our discretion and this is stated clearly before payment and confirmed by you at the point of application.
Cancellation
You can abandon an application at any point before payment and nothing is charged. Once payment is complete, the application cannot be cancelled for a refund, because the review and written response begin immediately.
The one exception: duplicate or failed transactions
If money was debited more than once for the same application, or debited on a transaction that failed and for which no application was created, we refund the extra amount in full. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of verification and are returned to the original payment method by Razorpay. Your bank may take a few additional days to display the credit.
How to request a refund
Email vinay@designingbulls.com with the subject line "Refund request", and include:
- Your application ID (for example DBI-2026-0001), if you have one
- The Razorpay payment ID or bank reference for each charge
- The date and amount of each charge
We acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days and resolve them within 7 working days of receiving the details above.
Studio services
Client projects outside the Incubator are governed by the individual proposal or contract signed for that project, which sets out its own payment and cancellation terms. Where a project is cancelled, work already completed and approved remains payable.
