This website and the services described on it are operated by Designing Bulls, a design and growth studio registered in India.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Designing Bulls. "You" means any person using this website or applying to the Designing Bulls Incubator.

The Designing Bulls Incubator is a programme in which we select a small number of early-stage founders, may provide funding for the specific needs of their idea, and work with them for approximately 90 days on brand, website, product and go-to-market. It is not a venture capital fund, a registered investment scheme, a loan product, or an educational course, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer of securities or financial advice.

Applying to the Incubator costs ₹999 (Indian Rupees nine hundred and ninety-nine), inclusive of applicable taxes. This fee is a processing fee. It covers the review of your application and the written response on your idea that we send to every applicant, normally within 10 working days of submission.

The fee is not an investment, a deposit, a subscription, or a payment towards any future service. It is non-refundable once the application is submitted, except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Selection into the Incubator is entirely at the sole discretion of Designing Bulls. Paying the application fee does not guarantee selection, an interview, a call, funding of any amount, or any other outcome beyond the written response described above. We may decline any application without giving reasons, and we may choose to select no founders in a given month.

We do not publish or promise any funding amount. Where we do fund an idea, the amount is decided case by case based on what that specific idea needs, and is confirmed only in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. No statement on this website, in email, or in conversation constitutes a binding commitment to fund.

Where we fund and build an idea, we take equity in the resulting business. The amount of equity, the scope of work, timelines, and all other commercial terms are agreed in a separate written agreement before any work begins. You are free to decline those terms; if you do, you owe us nothing and you keep the written response on your idea.

Applying gives Designing Bulls no ownership of, licence to, or claim over your idea or any intellectual property in it. We use the information in your application only to assess it, to write your response, and to contact you. We do not publish application contents.

We do not sign non-disclosure agreements at the application stage. We review many applications and similar ideas reach us independently. Please do not send confidential technical details, trade secrets, or source code with your application.

• The information you give us must be accurate and your own.
• You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• You must not use this website to break any law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• You must not submit applications for unlawful activity or on someone else's behalf without consent.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card, UPI, and banking credentials are handled by Razorpay and its partners under their terms; Designing Bulls never receives or stores them. If a payment fails or is debited more than once, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This website and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designing Bulls is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or data, arising from the use of this website, an application to the Incubator, or a decision not to select an applicant.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in connection with an Incubator application is limited to the ₹999 application fee paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you submit an application is the version that applies to that application.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
